Terms of Service

This website is operated by ORGIN. Where these terms say we, us or our, that is who they mean. Where they say you, they mean anyone visiting the site or placing an order.

By using the site or buying from us, you agree to what is written here. If you do not agree with something, please do not order and feel free to email us about it first.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract where you live. Our products are made for adults. If you are buying for someone else, you are responsible for making sure this page and our other policies reach them too.

You do not need an account to order, but you need one to manage a subscription. Keep your login details to yourself; anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.

We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraud, abuse of our return rules, or anything unlawful.

An order is an offer to buy. The contract exists once we send you a confirmation that the order has shipped, not the moment your card is authorised.

• Prices are shown in US dollars and can change at any time before you order.
• We can refuse or cancel an order for example when a product is out of stock, an address cannot be verified, or an order looks fraudulent. You are refunded in full for anything we do not ship.
• We try hard to describe everything accurately, but a listing may contain an error. Where a price or description is obviously wrong - wrong enough that it could not reasonably be mistaken for a real offer we may cancel the order and refund you rather than honour it.

If you choose a subscription, you are authorising us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

• The price, the frequency and the renewal date are shown before you pay and repeated in your confirmation email.
• We email you before every renewal.
• There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
• You can skip, pause, change the interval or cancel at any time in your account, or by emailing us. The details are in our cancellation policy.
• Prices can change. If we change what you pay on a subscription, we tell you beforehand and you can cancel before it takes effect.

Payment is taken at checkout, and on each renewal for subscriptions. Card details are handled by our payment processors, not by us. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Delivery times shown on the site are estimates, not promises, and depend on the carrier. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery if a parcel goes missing on the way, that is our problem to solve, and our refund policy sets out exactly how we do it.

These have their own pages, and those pages form part of these terms: our refund policy and our cancellation policy. In short: sealed pouches can be returned within 15 days, opened pouches cannot, and anything damaged, wrong or lost is on us.

ORGIN is a food supplement, not a medicine, and nothing on this site is medical advice.

• Do not use our products as a substitute for a varied diet or for treatment prescribed to you.
• Talk to your doctor before starting if you are pregnant or nursing, take medication, or have a medical condition.
• Read the label before use, and stick to the recommended amount.
• Check the ingredient list if you have an allergy.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Results differ from person to person. Anything we say about how people feel is a description of experience, not a promise about yours.

We would love your honest review. When you send us one, or post one through our reviews app, you give us permission to publish it including your first name and any photo you attach on our site and in our marketing, without payment.

Please keep it truthful and your own. We do not publish content that is abusive, misleading, someone else's work, or that claims our product treats a disease. We may decline or remove anything for those reasons, but we do not remove a review simply because it is negative.

If you take part in our partner or referral program, the terms you accept when you sign up apply alongside these. Commissions are paid on qualifying, completed orders that have not been refunded or charged back. We can end a partnership, and withhold commission, where an order turns out to be fraudulent or a promotion breaks advertising rules.

Everything on this site — the name ORGIN, our logo, photography, text, packaging design and code — belongs to us or our licensors. You are welcome to share our pages and images to talk about the product. You are not welcome to copy our content for your own shop, resell our products without written permission, or use our brand in a way that suggests we endorse you.

• Break the site, probe it for weaknesses, or scrape it at scale.
• Order with someone else's payment details, or systematically abuse our guarantees.
• Resell our products through a marketplace or shop without our written permission.
• Use the site for anything unlawful, or to harass anyone.

We link to other sites and use third-party services. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they do with your data or how they behave. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you are with them.

We put real effort into the site and the product, but the site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will always be available, error free, or that every description is perfectly accurate at every moment. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties.

Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law, including rights under consumer protection legislation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost profits, lost time, or costs you incur because a delivery was late. Where we are liable, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Email us first. Almost everything gets solved that way, faster than any formal route, and we will engage properly for at least 30 days before either side escalates.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [state], without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute that we cannot resolve informally will be handled in the courts of [county and state], and you and we agree to that venue.

We update this page when the business or the law changes. The date at the top tells you when that last happened, and a change applies to orders placed after it is posted. If a change materially affects your rights, we will email everyone on our list.

If a court decides one part of these terms cannot stand, the rest still applies. Not enforcing something once does not mean we give up the right to enforce it later. These terms, together with our refund, cancellation and privacy policies, are the whole agreement between us.
